INRC 参加 7/12-16/2009

平成21 年 7 月 12-16 日にアメリカオレゴン州の Portland にて開催された International Narcotics Research Conference (INRC) に参加いたしました。INRC はオピオイド研究に主眼があり、オピオイドの基礎研究のみならず病態下、本年度は特に疼痛下におけるオピオイド神経系の変化などを主軸に、様々な角度からオピオイド研究を進歩させることを目的としております。当教室の成田准教授は INRC の executive committee を務めており“Mechanism of suppression of the morphine-induced rewarding effect under a neuropathic pain-like state in rodents”というタイトルでシンポジウムを行いました。また葛巻助教、今井先生、新倉博士、鈴木院生および宮下院生の 5 名がポスター発表を行い、葛巻助教ならびに今井先生の発表は travel award に選出されました。

成田准教授：Mechanism of suppression of the morphine-induced rewarding effect under a neuropathic pain-like state in rodents

葛巻助教：Role of dopamine D3Receptor function in the neural differentiation from embryonic stem cells

今井先生：Functional role of mu-delta heterodimers in the morphine-induced anti-hyperalgesia under the development of fentanyl tolerance along with neuropathic pain-like state

新倉慶一：Implication of spinal dynorphin in activation of ascending pain pathway under inflammatory noxious stimuli in the mouse

鈴木　翔：Changes in the expression of chloride transpoters and its association with anxiety under the chronic pain

宮下和彦：Caerulein-induced acute pancreatitis pain and its mechanism
